Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, information entered into a duplicated Notion template or local spreadsheet remains under the customer's control in the customer's own account or file environment.

Please do not send sensitive personal, health, legal, financial, or safety information to Stylisation unless it is reasonably necessary for support or agreed professional work and an appropriate method of transfer has been established.

Client files

Access to client information should be limited to what is required to perform the service.

Project-specific confidentiality, retention, access, and security requirements can be agreed before sensitive material is provided.

Retention

Personal information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business recordkeeping, support, or legal requirements.

When information is no longer required, reasonable steps should be taken to delete, destroy, or anonymize it as appropriate.
